...performance sport     to palliative care ...

Based out of Kingsbridge (South Devon) and Clifton (Bristol) bringing over twenty years of professional experience across the Physiotherapy spectrum - from the Junior Olympic diving squad, advanced sports rehab with the Army and Navy, private clinics, hydrotherapy, GP contracts and NHS. My last five years were exclusively in the community - working with the frail and elderly within specialist falls teams, intermediate care (managing early supported discharges and preventing hospital admissions) community rehabilitation and finally working with end of life patients. I am currently training for an Ironman for 2020 and still work with a range of sporting clients of all abilities. Returning to the private sector, this new mobile service now offers to remove those barriers to therapy and deliver that breadth and depth of experience at home to promote pain relief, improve function, develop conditioning, independence and safety, with treatment, advice and equipment where appropriate, together with referral to other private and NHS local agencies that can help.

The Physio clinic is located at your home
